Responses follow branch logic to route candidates through the most appropriate screening pathway and produce clear, norm-referenced results. High-risk results are reviewed by a Senior Consultant, with automatic escalation to in-clinic where indicated.

  • General Pre-Placement Medical (by a GP): medical history, vision (incl. colour if required), BMI, blood pressure, urinalysis, systems exam (chest/heart/abdomen/skin/neurology), basic mobility, spinal flexion; optional mental-health screens (K10, ProQOL, DASS-42 as required).
  • Functional / Musculoskeletal Assessment (by an appropriately qualified Allied Health professional): BP, posture, height/weight, range of movement, grip strength, cardiovascular fitness, postural tolerance, manual handling techniques, and role-specific tests.
  • Optional extras: Commercial Driver medical; Drug & Alcohol; Audiometry; Spirometry.
