    Nick is a senior health leader with more than 15 years’ experience spanning clinical practice, occupational health, workplace wellbeing, and business strategy. With qualifications in Osteopathy and an MBA, Nick combines a deep understanding of frontline healthcare with the strategic insight needed to deliver large-scale health programs.

    Nick oversees Cogent Thinking’s strategic direction, governance and innovation. He is passionate about the potential of integrated health systems to make a measurable difference to workforce wellbeing. Known for his calm, collaborative leadership, Nick empowers the Cogent team to build trusted partnerships with customers, and turn insight and expertise into outcomes that matter.

    Head of Customer

    Allison is an experienced health program manager with qualifications in human movement, exercise science, and nutrition. With a background in clinical service delivery and account management, she understands how to connect operational performance with meaningful health outcomes.

    As Head of Client Solutions at Cogent Thinking, Allison supports some of our largest customers, overseeing program delivery, performance, and innovation. Approachable and outcomes-driven, she is known for her proactive communication, strong relationships, and commitment to ensuring every program helps customers achieve lasting wellbeing results for their people.

    Medical Officer

    Dr Stephen Simonds has over a decade of experience in occupational medicine, working exclusively in the field since 2011. His background includes general practice, sport and exercise medicine, injury management and pharmaceutical research. Stephen is passionate about health and wellbeing and takes a practical, evidence-based approach focused on early intervention, quality outcomes and sustainable recovery.

    As Cogent Thinking’s National Program Lead, Andi oversees the delivery and continuous improvement of large-scale health and wellbeing programs across Australia. Her work includes leading the rollout of Cogent Thinking’s Integrated Health Services Model, a proactive, data-informed framework supporting early intervention and long-term outcomes.
